SISAL AND FABRIC VENTILATED WHEELS (RTV)
Ventilated wheels: Provide high profitability. Manufactured in overlapping layers of sisal cloth and cotton fabric, they allow the airflow, avoiding overheating that might damage the piece being polished. They are very flexible and often do not require extra luster after the polishing process. Excellent for itens that contain many contours. Manual and automatic machines. Manufactured in diameters of 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 350mm, 360mm, 400mm, 450mm and 500mm.

AIRWAYS WHEELS
Characteristics:
- Irregular, slightly wavy folds that allow good ventilation. Medium resistance cooling point
- Manufactured in diameters of 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 350mm, 400mm, 450mm and 500mm in raw white (soft); yellow (medium hardness) and pink (high hardness) fabrics.
Applications:
- Usually applied for polishing and can also be applied for buffing together with solid and liquid buffing compounds.
- Used for metals, stainless steel, aluminum, and others
- The operating system can be performed with manual and bench machines.
