Recognized nationally for their great finishing quality, the Fedrizzi polish compounds provide high degree of cut and shine in various metals, being: stainless steel, aluminum, zamac, chrome, gold, silver and among others. The buffing compounds are solid (in bars) and liquid for application in semi-automatic and automatic machines. They are the effective agents in the polishing/finishing process.
HIGH GLOSS - N220; N13BR; N95A; 201/C
Description: Produced in solid bars.
Application: Recommended for high degree of brightness in stainless steel, aluminum, zamac and brass. Used together with the buffing wheels, whether they are made of sisal cloth and fabric, or only fabric, they provide a high degree of finishing.
Advantages: Provides a high gloss finishing on the polished surface.
CUTTING / SEMI BRILLIANT PASTES - N5
Description: Produced in solid bars.
Application: Recommended for high degree of cutting in stainless steel, aluminum, zamac and brass, providing shine. Used together with the polishing wheels, made of sisal cloth and fabric, or only fabric, they provide a high degree of cutting and shine.
Advantages: Provides a high gloss finish on the polished surface.
CUTTING/FINISHING PASTE - N80/A; N6/10
Description: Produced in solid bars.
Application: It is used for polishing high porosity cast metals. Its purpose is to eliminate the pores of the polished part. The solid compounds are used with cloth wheels, so that they are pressed against the part to be worked with an adequate force.
Advantages: Provides a brushed finish.
LIQUID COMPOUNDS - WHITE COMPOUND N27/C
Description: Produced in white liquid paste.
Application: Recommended for high gloss stainless steel, aluminum, zamac and brass. The liquid compounds are ideal for use in semi-automatic or automatic machines providing a high gloss finish on the polished surface.
BROWN COMPOUND - N29G
Description: Produced in brown liquid paste.
Application: Recommended for high gloss stainless steel, aluminum, zamac and brass. The liquid compounds are used in semi-automatic or automatic machines providing a high gloss finishing on the polished surface.
COMPOSITE SEWING I
Characteristics: They are made from animal tallow and its derivatives. Abrasiveness.
Applications: It is used to increase cutting capacity and lubrication in operations. Applied in sandpaper wheels and narrow belts. Advantages: Provides greater polishing and adherence to the sanding wheel, not allowing the sanding grade to come off easily.
